What this policy covers
The liatech.ca website only. The Nordyca software has its own privacy policy, on nordyca.com.
The information we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your email, your company name (optional), the subject and your message. We also keep a record of your consent. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who can access it
Zénith Boréal and LiaTech, to handle your request. Your message reaches us by email from the website's server, hosted in Montréal. The site also runs through Cloudflare for security and speed: Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your information is kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then destroyed.
Your rights
You may ask to access your information, have it corrected or withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge below; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
